The service hasn’t been fully used or completed.
The service is eligible (please note: domain registrations, third-party software licenses, and fully custom development work are not refundable once started).

We’ll review your request within 5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be sent within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds
If we’ve started work but not completed it, we may issue a partial refund based on how much work has already been done.

If you change your mind after we’ve started working.
If delays are caused because we didn’t receive necessary information or approvals from you.
